Mr Mohammed the receptionist had a welcoming and friendly attitude towards us and made sure we had a great time while staying at the hotel also the guest relations , amazing view on the nile

Hotel is located in Zamalek , one of the top locations in Cairo. The staff and service very absolutely superb , one of the best hotels i have stayed in when it comes to the service. The rooms were clean and comfy, there were a few different restaurants where you can eat and theres room service 24/7 which is amazing.

Our stay was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a fantastic receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was stunning. The room was impeccably clean, equipped with exceptional facilities, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony, offering a breath-taking view that exceeded all expectations. A perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Its ok it has the best veiw of the nile has great facilities and its fun but not worth the price at all its like you are in a year 2007, 5 star hotel

To be honest, I didn’t have any complain at all about the hotel. Reception people is amazing very helpful service room very quick fantastic very polite. food is perfect the breakfast is absolutely amazing. This is the first time I stay in this hotel and it’s not gonna be the last. I will tell everyone if you would like to enjoy your time. Just book in this hotel. Amazing location is fantastic. View for the room is absolutely perfect. Reception people the absolutely polite lovely helpful I didn’t have even one. Complain about anything. Room service very quick facilities for the hotel is amazing thank you so much for all the stuff I stay one night and he made this night is absolutely as a heaven for me and my husband

This review is not an advertisement . It’s a honest review . I booked and stayed at Four Seasons ,next to Sofitel and can you imagine…I had a horrible experience at iconic Four Seasons I felt so bad there … absolutely not welcomed. After a night I decided to switch the hotel to Sofitel , and here start the best decision I have ever done. First of all at arrival everyone was so friendly and nice and polite , give to us so tasty welcome hibiscus tea , helped with bags and with everything ♥️♥️♥️. Breakfast was so good ♥️ service at the breakfast was fantastic also at the restaurants . The food is healthy and tasty and fresh . Hotel have stunning view over the Nile ,also amazing view from the pool and spa. This hotel lobby breathtaking and all of this for the half price of for season … bravo Sofitel ✨✨✨👏👏👏really well done , your stuff deserve a prize . You are all so amazing and really care for guest experience and big compliment to the all departments teams, because you really care for the guest ♥️♥️♥️✨ I will recommend it . In addition the free 30 min spa at jacuzzi and 30 min of sauna made my mood and day . I was once at Sofitel in Luxor and I can say the service was amazing . So Cairo didn’t disappoint as also . Thank you a lot to everyone for great holidays and amazing host for me and Mister 🐼✨
